Inverness, Florida --Here’s a combo you’re sure to enjoy. It’s Music & Munchies in May with Music in the Park - a FREE outdoor concert with music spanning every generation.

From classical, swing & big band eras to jazz, pop & rock tunes. There will be over a half dozen groups providing entertainment during this 4 hour nonstop music marathon. Instruments will range from vocals to brass, bugles to sax, and drums to woodwinds.

Pine Street Jam!

Inverness, Florida -- It’s the Pine Street Jam, jammin’ in the streets of downtown Inverness!

Saturday, April 20th on the corner of North Pine and Main Street (next to Coach’s Restaurant and Pub), the street will be closed and transformed into an outdoor concert scene.

From 4 p.m. until 11 p.m., you can enjoy this FREE street party with live music from three kickin’ bands. Opening will be the local Inverness band, “This Day’s Age” followed by “The Sweet Escape”.

Fort Cooper State Park Bluegrass Music Festival

Inverness, Florida-- Fort Cooper State Park has announced the 2nd Annual Bluegrass Music Festival set for this Saturday, April 20 2013.

Tickets are $6 in advance and $9 at the gate. Children 12 and under are free.

There will be food & craft vendors, live music, classic car show and an open jam tent so bring your instruments. It's all taking place at 3100 S. Old Floral City Rd. in Inverness.

Inverness, Florida-- The City of Inverness is raving about their upcoming Pine Street Jam!

The city's website says a local intersection will be closed to traffic on Saturday, April 20, and transformed to the perfect venue for an outdoor concert and party.

Taste of Inverness 2013

Inverness, Florida-- The Taste of Inverness is coming up. It's taking place Saturday, April 13.

Attendees will experience signature dishes of city restaurants, while enjoying live music, art, auction and more.

It's all taking place at 212 W. Main Street in Inverness from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Crystal River Wine & Beer Festival

Inverness, Florida -- The Crystal River Wine and Beer Festival is almost here!

The event runs Saturday April 6 through Sunday, April 7, 2013. It starts at 2pm and runs until 6pm There will be over 200 wines and 75 beers at the event.

It will all take place at 560 Citrus Avenue in Crystal River.
