County Housing Services to host First Time Home-buyer class | Events

Citrus County, Florida-- County Housing Services is offering a First Time Home-buyer class to interested individuals for those interested in learning more about the home-buying process.

A variety of industry professionals will discuss the entire home-buying process including preparing your credit and finances, shopping for a home, home inspection, fair housing, available loan products, loan pre-approval, and closing. 

Participants who attend the entire session will receive a Certificate of Completion that is required for the SHIP and Neighborhood Stabilization Programs.

Organizers say the class will be held from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, at the Citrus County Resource Center, 2804 W. Marc Knighton Ct. Lecanto, FL  34461.
